Patience and tolerance

You heard the expression patience is a virtue well this is something we must all learn in order to suceed.The Buddhists say the journey is the goal but only if we are living in the present moment.This is indeed a challenge when eager to complete a mission and then make it successful.What a challenge to the mind body and spirit.Presently the gift of now brings me the opportunity to make another album of songs with top producer Andy Whitmore who is doing his best to be patient with the creative process.All this in between my recent BBC TV interview about my lifestyle and music career out in October.
